SUPPORT POLICY MAKING AND POLICY DELIVERY

C. 3. 1 Experience in supporting and integrating participatory approaches to policy-making

Evidence of experience:

  1. to identify and advice policy makers to the needs that people have in terms of education, employment and training;
  2. to promote equity and inclusion by facilitating the access of people, mostly those with disadvantaged background. Special attention will be given to persons with disability living in peripheral places, or with social disadvantaged backgrounds (discrimination of gender, age, anti-social or risk behaviours), economic problems (low income, financial difficulties and long-term unemployment) and educational difficulties (poor school performance). In order to ensure equity in the exercise of rights, all the materials produced by the project will be done considering the rules of accessibility and citizenship. E- learning, MOOC and e- modules will promote the inclusion of persons from the remotest places. Besides, gender disparities will also be addressed since the ICT usually have a surplus of men;
  3. to design a joint curriculum that promotes more chances in the labour market or that stimulates imagine innovative ways of self-employment;
  4. to deliver the joint curricula in local, regional, national, European and international levels;
  5. to create and underpin an innovative environment where citizens can create social expertise, interact with policy makers, present their expertise to business, investigate new ways of life, exchange ideas and develop competencies. To (re)inforce the personal styles of learning we will adapt content with to special knowledge and cultural needs in each country;
  6. to disseminate results to promote long-lasting impact (in science, society, technology, policy and market), sustainability and further
